Returns & Refunds Policy

At Chokhi Chadar, we want you to love every bedsheet you purchase from us. Each product is carefully packed and checked before dispatch. However, if something goes wrong, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Opening Video & Proof Requirement

To process any damage, defect, or wrong-product claim, we strictly require the following:

  • Clear unboxing / opening video starting from the unopened parcel (outer courier packet) until the product is fully opened.
  • Video should clearly show the shipping label, product, and issue (damage, defect, wrong item, missing item, etc.).
  • Video must be unedited and recorded in good light.
  • The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the video on WhatsApp at 9799035588.

Without a proper opening video, we may not be able to approve damage or wrong-product claims.

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product (printing issue, major weaving defect, etc.).
  • You received a wrong product (wrong design, size, or color from what you ordered).

In such cases:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, washed, or ironed.
  • Product has stains, perfume, or home fragrance smell.
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Size mismatch due to wrong selection while ordering (please check size chart before purchase).
  • Customized or specially made products (if any).
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.

4. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Step 1 – Raise a Request:
    Contact us on WhatsApp at 9799035588 or email at hello@chokhichadar.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
    • Order ID
    • Opening video
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Short description of the problem
  2. Step 2 – Review:
    Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 working days.
  3. Step 3 – Approval:
    If approved, we will share return pickup / self-shipping instructions.
  4. Step 4 – Return Pickup / Dispatch:
    • In serviceable pincodes, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
    • In non-serviceable areas, you may be asked to self-ship the parcel to our address; courier charges may be refunded as per our policy (subject to limits).
  5. Step 5 – Quality Check:
    Once we receive the product, it goes through a quality inspection.
